10 MINUTES TO RESTAURANT QUALITY PHO!

STEP 1

Fill a large stockpot with 6 quarts / 192 oz of water. Cover the pot as you bring the water up to a boil over high heat.

STEP 2

Add 1 jar of concentrate, 8 slices of ginger, 1 white onion cut in half, 2 bundles of green onion (white end only) and 1 bag of spice to the pot. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.

STEP 3

Remove the ginger, onion, green onions and spice bag from the stock pot. The broth is now ready to serve. Add noodles and your favorite pho garnishes.
